UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver and is dispatched using a second class service unless otherwise stated.

Although we do provide you with a reference number for your parcel, this does not provide any tracking details. This reference will only provide an update once a delivery has been attempted.

Unfortunately this service does not provide customers with notifications regarding their delivery e.g. the delivery date or time.

Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a ‘while you where out’ card which will provide the relevant instructions on how they can retrieve their parcel.

This will either be a re delivery or collection from the nearest depot. If you are collecting your parcel, an appropriate form of ID is required.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Contact us before you placed an order for delivery charges please.

Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day after.

Orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed around these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.

Please note that this does not include our peak trading seasons or public/religious holidays (Eid, Ramadan etc.) and as a result there may be a delay during these times.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer an international delivery service that has customised shipping costs based on the country we are shipping to. This service is fully tracked with signature on delivery ,Please Contact us for delivery Charges Before Place an Order.

Timescales will vary and usually within 7-14 working days within Europe and worldwide is usually 14-21 working days.
